Zelros alongside HDI Assicurazioni to accelerate the digitization of processes
Through the Artificial Intelligence of the Zelros platform, HDI will be able to simplify the daily work of agents and collaborators, automating internal processes and offering its customers a better experience
Landed in Italy in 2019, the French insurtech Zelros, officially enters the Italian insurance scene thanks to the experimentation made with HDI Assicurazioni, primary Insurance Company specialized in products for the person, professionals and companies.
With a network of 500 agents distributed throughout the country, HDI Assicurazioni bases its strategic vision on the centrality of the client, working daily on a personalised, flexible and tailor-made commercial proposition. It is with the goal to increase and innovate the service offered that HDI Assicurazioni has chosen to turn to Zelros.
By connecting a wide information base (contracts, documentation, e-mails, claims, conversations), the Zelros platform allows a fluid and personalized experience throughout the customer journey, from the identification of the target through the analysis of needs and advice, up to the subscription of the policy. A valid support to the daily activities of agents, able to automate and optimize processes and above all guarantee customers a unique experience with the company.
The experimentation with HDI Assicurazioni will focus on the customer journey of the client at the time of the claim, making the management much more efficient, thanks to the automatic processing function, which uses computer vision to extract and identify the key fields of the accident statement. This application simplifies the processing of requests, reduces processing times and can also support the company in identifying possible frauds.
“Based on our experience, we estimate that after a few months of using the application, we will reach 60% of the accident statements loaded in automated mode. This will have a positive impact above all on the role of agents, relieving them of administrative and repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus even more on the customer relationship, raising the level of service offered”- says Christophe Bourguignat, CEO of Zelros, and continues – “We are proud to embark on this adventure alongside players such as HDI Insurance to design the insurance of the future. Insurance that harnesses the potential of artificial intelligence to offer relevant, renewed and creative experiences.”
“We firmly believe in the “Human Digital Insurance” concept, where technology is an ally of man and supportive of business rules and corporate knowledge, which remains our distinctive feature. In this context, Zelros allows us to enrich the claims opening process with visual recognition” says Davide Dondini, Claims Director of HDI Assicurazioni and Amissima Assicurazioni, and adds “This technology can be the key to accelerate the process of loading CAI and make the customer experience one more reason to turn to HDI for every insurance need”.
